CC VS SSU (26.07.07)

Okayyy, the very last match of the day is here. Last week, SSU thrashed CC 85-0, and therefore, CC strived to do their best for this match, giving it their best shot. Cheerios to their marvelous sportsmanship! =D

CHIN CHAI VS 杀手UNITED

-Start!-

-United did their cheer again, and after seeing the strong bond of SSU, CC came out with their cheer too, doing a heck-care swaying of hand and saying "Chin Chai lah~" at the same time

-JunYang did some amazing defending, preventing SinTing from scoring the first goal of the match -Oooooooooooo-

-Yuping tried to break down the tough defensive wall of SSU, but her shot was far beyond the reach of Joel!

-Seizing the chance, FIONA SCORED for SSU!!

-And she SCORES AGAIN!!

-XuanHan's shot came as the third blow for CC, but it was not counted as SSU failed to meet up with the 3 passes criteria

-JK imitated a lion by roaring with all his might, hoping to scare off his opponents -RARRRR-

-JunYang saved the day again, stretching his already-very-long body and reach out for the ball!

-Impenetrable passings between members of SSU, and XUAN HAN SCORED for SSU!!!

-Deciding to retaliate, SINTING SCORED for CC!!!

-HuiYing went for goal, but YongQing a.k.a Nai3Ba4 failed to catch the ball

-Audience: Hmmm, Jk doesn't seemed to be performing as well as what he did for the previous match! "GO JK!"

-JUN YOONG'S thought: "Tiger not angry you think I'm a sick cat huh?!"(direct translation from lao2 hu3 bu4 fa1 wei1, ni3 ba2 wo3 dang1 bing4 mao1 too). Seizing his chance, he SCORED for CC!!!

-WOAH, not even hesitating for a second, HUIYING grabbed the ball, aim, shot, and she SCORES!!!

-Something extremely bad happened halfway. Just as Joel was trying to play his part as a good GK, he fell off the chair and knocked his back on the bench! This caused a great hoo-ha as people were pointing their fingers at Vincent, who was supposed to be the first aid on duty as well as JunYang, who crashed into Joel. However, it PURELY an accident, so we should all learn from this incident so as to ensure that the same thing would not happened again. It's better to be safe than sorry! TC Joel!

-After the great commotion, FIONA SCORED!!!

-SSU AND CC got into an argument, but SSU promised to repent(refer to previous report) to the problem was solved very quickly

-Once again, JK failed to defend and the ball hit Turbo on the head

-Finally, FIONA SCORED AGAIN!!

-Audience were complaining abt the performance of JK, thus Vincent moved downwards, sticking to Fiona like glue, preventing her from scoring any more goals

GS VS TC (26.07.07)

OK! I'm finally here to update. Hehehs, sorry for the wait thou! =)

GREEN SCORPIONS VS THE CRUSADERS!!!

-Start!-

-10:20, Dipdip missed her very first chance!

-10:21, Benho's specs flew off, and Cjam was penalised for running with the ball. Woah! Isn't the referee to strict?

-10:23, WeiMing did a fake, thus shaking off the defender beautifully!

-GuoHui passed the ball to Benho, and Benho was supposed to pass it back as GH was shouting "hou4 mian4 hou4 mian!" However, the ball went out so GH added another word, "Oi!"

-A no-look pass by Joseph caused ZG to scramble a little in order to reach the ball.

-At the same time, Benho tried to go for the ball so he landed on the floor, doing half a backwards somersault and getting stucked in that position till his teammates came over to save him

-10:25, DIPDIP SCORED the opening goal!!

-M'sia god jumped ultra high, hoping to intercept the pass of TC but the ball landed in the hands of GH in the end

-Joseph aim, shot, but missed!

-No-look pass by Benho landed in the hands of their opponent, thus Benho came up with a weird Ji1 tong2 dance(a dance to ward off evil those kind) to prevent his opponent from passing the ball

-10: 27, BENHO SCORED!!

-10:27, And he SCORES AGAIN!!

-10:29, Unwilling to let Benho gain all the attention, ZG SCORED!!

-Benho passed the ball to Jos, who in turn did a no-look pass(again!) and misses(again!) as the ball OLAY-ED I-didn't manage-to-see-who-is-it and OLAY-ED Cjam too. COOL! It's a double kill!!

-The ball rolled into the hands of Dipdip, who failed to score as SokHeng failed to catch the ball

-MingYao threw a super duper uber high ball which almost knock into the hall lights!

-10:30, Once again, BENHO SCORED!!

-Amira tripped over goodness-knows-who and crumpled to the floor. However, no card was awarded! -fans of TC groaning-

-ZiXian -> BingHan -> HUIYI, AND SHE SCORED the first goal for TC!!

-10:31, DIPDIP contributed to her team again, as she SCORED a beautiful goal!

-At the very last few seconds, TC attempted to go for another goal but h-m-l Penny fell off the bench and at that point of time, "Careful!", "XiaoXin!", "Hold her!", "Relax!" could be heard from the ecstatic audiences!

As it could be seen from the report above, Jos had came out with his zhao1 pai2 dong4 zuo4, and that is to throw no-look passes! Errrr, let's just pray that his aiming will improve. Good game people! =D

WM VS SSU (26.07.07)

Finally, the long-awaited match was here! Before this match, both parties have yet to lose a single match! On this special day, both teams were discussing furiously about their tactics, ensuring that everybody know wad are their roles in the game before entering the 'battlefield'.

WASTE MORE VS 杀手UNITED!!!

-Start!-

杀手United did their cheer again. This time, they became more organised so it could be heard clearly that it's "3, 2, 1, 杀手!"

-The opening goal was SCORED by XUANHAN, who said that he'll have better participation

-HuiYing was then hurt by I-dunno-who, and at the same time, JiaSheng fell onto the ground, flat

-Down by 5 points, UNCLEHAO SCORED the equalizer, bringing WM to be on par with SSU!

-The next few moments is filled with intensive ball passing, where the ball flew everywhere except for the GK's hands

-Just then, Vincent a.k.a mouse was awarded the yellow card for violating the rules(smack ball off gk's hands)

-However, SSU displayed bad sportsmanship as they cheered loudly when the card was awarded. (Was then reprimanded by MrShashi after that as it was really mean, peace yo!)

-SSU promised to repent, and they apologised, SINCERELY

-A super high and ultra long distance throw, and the ball landed in Jiao*WaiWai the holy-keeper's hands! WM SCORED!!

(Many confusion here and there)

-Somehow, FIONA SCORED!!

-JunYang had amazing defending skills, and the chemistry between him and Alicia was superb!!

-With the team's combined efforts, YONGXIANG SCORED!!

-Just then, there was a slight disruption as WM wanted to change their GKs, but it was stated in the rules that they are not allowed to do so. Therefore, JiaoWaiWai was awarded an yellow card

-After all the shoutings here and there, JUNDA SCORED for SSU!!

-With everybody charging around in the court, XuanHan crashed into Fiona as both were going for the ball

-WM SCORED another goal!! (It wasn't noted who did it)

-杀手U missed their chance to widen the score gap as the ball went way beyond the hands of YongQing

-At the last few minutes, 杀手U decided to change their tactics, playing more of defending rather than attacking, hoping to prevent WM from winning

Although there wasn't much goals, but it was an very exciting match as both teams used-all-the-strength-they-needed-to-drink-milk (direct translation from shi3 jin4 chi1 nai3 zhi1 li4) to win the game.

Once again, it's Thursday again!

As for the very first match of the day, it's -drum rolls-

GREEN SCORPIONS VS CHIN CHAI!!!

-Start!-

-Right at the beginning, YUPING SCORED for CC!

-After seeing her team mate doing so well, SINTING contributed to the team by SCORING another goal!-

-Jk hopped around the new rules, and was awarded the yellow card for snatching ball from captain -shakes head-

-Just then, BH SCORED for GS!

-And HE SCORES AGAIN!!

-Jk defended beautifully, catching the ball before it could reach the hands of the SokHeng!

-With hand-to-hand passings, BH SCORED AGAIN!

-ZhenGan tried to contribute to GS, but her efforts when down the drain when SH failed to catch the ball

-Just then, DIPDIP SCORED!! However, the ball smacked SH on the face. Owwww

-This time, ZG manage to SCORE!!

(Dunno wad happened, it was not noted who was the person who scored)

-GS somehow got another 15 points

I know this is also very late but hey, there's Physics test tml yo!

Waste More VS The Crusaders!!

-Start-

-10: 25, the game began! However, the ultra-long hands of XiaoWaiWai failed to catch the ultra-long pass. -crowd groans-

-And out of nowhere, ELIZ from WM SCORED!!

-Then WEITING from WM SCORED too!!

-Woah, and a new technique invented by UncleHao! By sticking out his tongue to scare Amira, HE SCORED!!

-After seeing his teammate inventing a zhao1 pai2 dong4 zuo4, JiaSheng came out with his too! And it is ~~~ -drumrolls- A STARJUMP TO GET THE BALL!! It's time for us people to get creative yo!

-Here comes a chance for TC, but Penny's saint-ly hands misses!! -everybody gasping-

-Ouch, this must have hurts. The ball took a liking to Haikal and KISSED him right on the face! -mmmmuackzzz-

-Somehow, BingHan stumbled over god-knows-who and fell onto the ground, (clutch onto his ankle, and appealed to the referee for a yellow card!) Oh wells, those in brackets are pure imagination to spice things up a lil..

-Just then, UncleHao got his retribution! This time, he was punked by Amira as he passed the ball to her!

-Woah, it seems that the girls are all playing tough now, cuz Eliz snatches the ball away from WeiXian and yet she wasn't caught by the referee! (Background chant: Referee kayu~ Referee kayu~)

-And it's Amira again! Seems like she's not very fond of UncleHao yea? This time, UncleHao was smacked in the face by her! Zomg, even the ever-so-demure Amira is doing that!

-WeiXian loses group! (I have no idea wad this means but yea, it's written on the paper)

-HOTTTTT NEWS: YITING SNATCHES THE BALL!! HOLY SIGHT PPL!! -switches on fan to cool everybody down-

-10:30, pass chain(with reference to Bio): Haikal -> JiaSheng X(intercepted by) ZiXian -> GuoHui -> BingHan -> JiaSheng -> WeiXian -> Haikal -> UncleHao -> the gk's arms! Once again, UncleHao scored for WM!!

-UncleHao X Amira -> HuiYi -> Vinc's lips! Woah, it seems that the ball likes to kiss the guys yea?

-Suddenly(I dun uds the words again), UncleHao was in great pain because of...errrr...he caught somebody's pass and knock himself in the mouth at the same time

-WeiXian was in possession of the ball, and he aims, shoots, KahWai's long hands stretches to reach for the stars but got the ball instead, AND HE SCORED!!

-Everybody seems to be wondering. Is the ball for the game very hot? Somehow, KahWai never catches the ball with both his hands at one shot. As if the ball is one fire, he'll 'juggle' it in the air before holding on properly. Ehhhh, a new zhao1 pai2 dong4 zuo4 of his?

-ELIZ SCORES AGAIN!!

-A great chance for TC, but 'heck-maths-lah' Penny fell off the chair in a graceful manner before she could hang in there for 3 secs! Awww, not counted anymore!

-Finally, KahWai's magic hands failed to perform as he failed to catch the ball which was passed to him!

-Eliz back in action again! This time changing her target to Amira, snatching her ball(ahems) and yet let out a/an 'awwwww'(double ahems)

-KahWai's signature move is back! The problematic ball flew from his left hand, to his right hand, then to his left hand, then to his right hand, then to both his hands!! Kahwai's thoughts: Hhoo hoo hoo, hot ah!

This is an unbelievable game which proves that the marker pen has got lots of ink as well as the professionalism of the referees!

-10:12, 杀手United did a mini cheer for themselves before entering the court. 3, 2, 2, mixture-of-lots-of-words.

-10:13, the game began with JunYang winning the free throw for 杀手United

-10:14, FIONA SCORES THE OPENING GOAL for 杀手united!

-SinTing threw the ball to Edwardian-Jokes-Founder but was intercepted by HuiYing and was ruled out eventually

-Alicia attempted to go for a goal but Jk defended beautifully, bursting her hope bubble.

-10;15, HUIYING SCORES for 杀手United! Cheers!

-The ball flew from E-J-F to JunYoong and got intercepted by JunYang

-YuPing from CC decided to hop around a little near the rules by attempting to snatch the ball but her actions were spotted by the referee and thus awarded the ball to 杀手U.

-10:17, unbelivable teamwork between members of 杀手U, where JunYang passes the ball to YongXiang, followed by HuiYing, and lastly, FIONA SCORES!!!

-Solid double passing between SinTing and Yuping from CC, but their connection was broken off when XuanHan intercepted their pass.

-10:17, Huiying passes to Fiona, then to JunYang, and HE SCORES!!

-10:18, HUIYING SCORES AGAIN!!

-10:18, 杀手U appealed to the referees and askeed them to issue a Yellow Card to Jk, who commited a foul on YongQing, but they were ignored.

-SinTing's pass was intercepted by JunDa, and HuiYing attempted a goal, but misses

-A great chance for CC when the ball was passed from YuPing to E-J-F and back to Yuping then to SinTing but the GK failed to catch the ball! What a waste!

-10:19, YongXiang passes to HuiYing, then to Alicia, and ALI SCORES!!

-10:19, Ball was intercepted by Fiona when it was on it's way from JK to SinTing, and HUIYING SCORES!!!

-Another chance for CC, where Joel passes ball to SinTing, followed by JunYoong, but it was ruled out by the referee before they even got to score.

-Another another chance for CC, where ball was intercepted by JK, passed to JunYoong, then to YuPing, then to Turbo, but was ruled out once again. (A little minor misunderstandings here)

-10:20, YongXiang passes to Huiying, followed by Fiona, and SHE SCORES!!

-10:20, the best chance for CC so far, where there's perfect coordination between JunYoong and Joel but JunYoong misses at the last second.

-Ali is back into action, attempting to go for a goal after receiving a beautiful high angle pass from HuiYing but misses! (Crowd groaning in the background)

-YongMei passes ball to Fiona, followed by HuiYing, then to JunYang and he scores!

(Two minutes left)

-A beautiful interception done by XuanHan where he prevented a pass which might lead to a goal for CC!

-10:23, classic passes between YongXiang, Junda, Fiona then to Ali and SHE SCORES!!!

-Again, another chance wasted by CC where the ball was ruled out again!

-The very last goal was by JUNYANG!!! But wasn't valid as 杀手U failed to have 3 passes beforehand.

It was an memorable game, as it was the first time in history where there was such a great margin between both teams. Kudos to all the players involved! Despite losing, CC showed great sportsmanship by congratulating players of the opponent team. Kudos to them too!

Waste More VS Green Scorpions (19.07.07)

This post might be a lil off cuz I couldn't really understand the handwriting. Oh yea, extreme use of Singlish too. =)

This time round, there is a change in rules, thus all the players in the team would be playing at the same time

Waste More(WM) VS Green Scorpions(GS)!!

The very first game of the day began with the super enthu GS with their green armbands/headbands/waistbands/wadever you name it ready by the time it was their turn to play and WOAH, it didn't really work in assisting them to win the game. Hehehs, but at least we should give them a round of applause for their creativity!

-Start-

-Joseph did a funny act to catch the ball but missed (out)

-When Dip tried to score, MrLongLegs (Kahwai) defended beautifully and managed to keep the first goal for themselves

-WM SCORES! Giving them a lead of 5 points ahead of GS, but ZhenGan suffered a bad fall while trying to defend. As a super brave girl, she stood up by hereself and continued playing! Cheers!

-UncleHao(as how MrRavi calls him) attempted to contribute some points but the GK of his team had a little problem in his cerebellum at that time so he couldn't stay balanced on the bench. No choice, ball not counted. Awww

-Aha! Jos was penalised for improper attire. See ppl? Black swiss shorts to be worn during PE yoz

-WeiTing attempted a shot on target but BenHo got into her way

-UncleHao tried again but the ball went way too high, far far away from the gk's hands

-This time, WEITING SCORED!!

-and...HAIKAL SCORED!! Woah, fans of WM were all ecstatic!

-GS hardly got any chances to score as Haikal defended beautifully! No doubt in awarding him Defender-Of-The-Match title, but people still make mistakes once in a while...

-so, DIP SEIZED THE CHANCE AND SCORED THE VERY FIRST GOAL FOR GS!

-Jos and Eliz were awarded the yellow card for unsportmanship behaviour and ZG was given a free throw..

-AND SHE SCORED!! The green scorpions were catching up really quickly, giving their opponents no time to rest!

-Somehow, Haikal got through all the defenders and he SCORED! Wad an essential goal!

-Alicia, who was doing FirstAid duties at that time had lots of difficulties in managing KahWai to safety as we all know that his centre of gravity is much higher up in his body~

The Crusaders Vs. 杀手united (12/07/07)

The third game commences with little hoo-ha, most problems have been solved with little to worry about.

10.28: Junyang wins the first throwball for 杀手united.

10.29: After much passing of the ball, Alicia takes the first goal of the third game for 杀手united. The Crusaders carries on with a good start and Hui Yi does a fantastic throw from half line and scores the first goal for the Crusaders.

10.32: Xuan Han scores his first goal for 杀手united leaving the Crusaders behind in the dust.

10.35: Guo hui tries to shoot for the Crusaders but it was a failed attempt at getting the first goal as penny fell off the chair and the ball was subsequently counted out.

-Substitutions-
Jun Da replaces Jun Yang
Yong Xiang replaces Xuan Han
Hui Yin repalces Alicia

10.40: Yong Xiang hurts his ankle and 杀手united requests a yellow card foul for the opposing team member. Junyang takes Yong Xiang's place on the court and a new game begins. Hui Ying scores her first goal for 杀手united.

10.41: Jun Da is pushed to the ground and a yellow card is given to Zi Xian of the crusaders. Jun Da wins the free throw putting 杀手united way in front of the crusaders.

10.42: Hui Ying does another unbelievable throw and scores!

10.43: the last goal of the game was scored by Fiona from 杀手united allowing them to win 50-10.

Chin Chai Vs. Watse more (12/07/07)

The second game begins with much anticipation from the crowd. Though things were a little messy due to lack of planning, everything was going well by the second game.

10.20: Kah Wai tries to catch the ball that was passed to him and falls off the chair in the process. The ball was counted out.

10.21: Junyong from Chin Chai fouls.

10.22: Kah Wai shoots from half line and scores the first goal for Waste More.

10.23: Many balls have been thrown in attempt to score, however, Haikal's beautiful defending has earned Waste More a 5-0 lead in the first 3 minutes of the game.

10.24: Another failed attempt by Chin Chai as the ball was thrown too high and out of Edward's reach.

10.25: Jun hao scores another goal for Waste More.

The Crusaders Vs. Green Scorpion (12/07/07)

The first match of this season starts of with an exciting play from The Crusaders and the Green Scorpion.

~Start~

10.00: Though Joseph won the first throwball for the Scorpions, the team soon lost the ball to the Crusaders.

10.05: Guo hui snatches the ball and shoots for the Crusaders but sadly, misses.

10.06: Green Scorpion's Malaysian God comes to their rescue as Zhi Hong Scores the opening goal!! As the Crusaders gain control of the ball once again, Hui Yi does a right handed throw and penny catches the ball. However, it was ruled out by referee.

10.07: Joseph did a right hand throw and scores a goal for the Green Scorpions. First goal for the the Crusaders comes from Bing Han after struggling for possesion of the ball.

10.08: Joseph does a no look pass to the Malaysian God, but was counted out.

10.09: Hui Yi scores her first goal for the Crusaders.

10.10: Bing Han knocks Jia min and displays bad sportsmanship. He was subsequently awarded a yellow card. Joseph goes on to win the free throw scoring another 5 points for his team.

10.11: Guo hui scores for the first time!

While discussing our duties and responsibilities, we decided as a class that the game we wanted to play is Handball. While the boys were overly enthusiastic about the thought of playing soccer, the girls had to agree to the game as well, and the boys' hopes were subsequently dashed. There were also suggestions of Dogeball and Touch Rugby. However, these ideas too gained very little support. Therefore, though Handball may be a little old-school, it is a game that we are familiar and comfortable with.

The rules are simple:
1) Only 5 players from each team are allowed on the court at any one time
2) The normal Handball rules stand
3) If boys score, 5 points
4) If girls score, 10 points

The reason behind such scoring is to encourage the girls in the class to be more involved during PE lessons. From the grouping list above, it is also evident that each team has a mix of both boys and girls.

The Teacher....

With all things in life, we always have to pay tritube to those who have contributed to the development of our character in one way or another. Thus, having said that, this first post will be dedicated to our PE teacher, Mr. Shashidaran.

Of course, while describing to you what he is like is indeed a tall order, I often believe that a picture paints a thousand words. With that, below are some of the many pictures which were taken at his wedding early this june. Enjoy =)

Ok, everybody who has been in Mr. Shashi's classes have nothing but priases. He is funny, laughable(to laugh with and at) and treats you the way you treat him. I shall end off this tribute here and continue my search to find a skin that is appealing to both the boys and the girls.
